RQ2 predecessor company, Reliable Communications was formed in 1998 by Christopher and Valerie Grubb. In 2004, Reliable Communications became RQ2.

RQ2 is a privately held LLC headquartered in St. Joseph, MO. RQ2's facility is home to a 175 seat inbound and outbound call center, 10,000 square feet of production and processing space and a state of the art IT infrastructure.

RQ2 is powered by an enthusiastic and dedicated executive team, lead by Christopher Grubb, CEO. RQ2 maintains it goals by consistently communicating and demonstrating the core vales of RQ2: Creativity, Accountability, Relationships, Diversity and Speed.
